Job Title

About the role:

The position involves conducting in-process inspections on transformers, as well as quality gates.

A key aspect of the job is preparing quality plans according to customer specifications.

Additionally, you will facilitate customer inspections at various manufacturing sites and compile test certificates for review.

The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer inspections independently.

Knowledge of ISO, EMS & OHSAS standards is also required.

Documentation for effective implementation of these standards is a crucial part of the role.

It's essential to record non-conformities and conduct root cause analysis.

Calibration of test instruments and equipment is also necessary.

We're looking for individuals with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn from their experiences.

Previous experience in a quality department and a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering are highly valued.

Key technical skills include knowledge of transformer/reactor manufacturing processes and quality inspection processes.

Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other Microsoft tools is necessary.

Safety practices during shopfloor/test field inspections and process improvement systems like Lean and Six Sigma are also important.
