Technical Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee and guide our software development team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java, SAP HANA, UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, along with proven leadership skills to drive project success, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, SAP HANA, RDBMS, REST Services, OData Services, UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, including integration across multiple systems.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Review technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Oversee integration between backend systems (SAP HANA/Java) and frontend applications (UI5/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Manage workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where beneficial.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for escalations and complex problem solving.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers to support their technical and professional growth.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, SAP HANA, UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to drive project success, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
