At the forefront of manufacturing excellence, we are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our fabrication endeavors.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in overseeing end-to-end fabrication activities across multiple units. They will develop and implement strategic plans that align with production goals and customer requirements, ensuring seamless execution and timely project completion.

A key aspect of this role is fostering collaboration between various departments, including design, procurement, planning, and quality. The successful candidate will drive process improvements, automation, and lean manufacturing practices, while effectively managing manpower, machine loading, and material availability.

Mentorship and skill development will be essential skills for this position, as the candidate will identify areas for improvement and provide guidance to the fabrication team. In addition, they will maintain accurate documentation, reports, and ensure audit readiness.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are paramount, as well as the ability to work under pressure. A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required, along with proven experience in structural, pressure vessel, or equipment fabrication.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in structural, pressure vessel, or equipment fabrication.
  • Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, codes, and standards.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, fabrication software/tools, and production planning systems.
