We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to fill this key role.

About the Role:

  • Gather project requirements, assess setup and delivery, report setup and delivery including designing scoring and generating results.
  • Collect scores for various tools in order to maintain database accuracy.
  • Analyze scores to generate industry benchmarks and norms for diverse markets.
  • Develop informative dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders through structured and clear communication.
  • Identify innovative methods to enhance current execution processes.
  • Work independently with strong domain knowledge (understanding of primary/secondary research, survey methodology, and client products).
  • Prior experience on operational lines and project management.
  • Responsible for stakeholder management, including status updates, query resolution, and risk documentation.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to create insights from data analysis.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Awareness of Tableau and R/Python for data visualization and presentation.
