Job Summary

This role involves working with a global security toolkit, focusing on Antivirus/Malware and Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) utilizing Crowdstrike, Venafi, and Symantec Protection Engine (SPE).


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage incident and request handling for Crowdstrike, CLM, and SPE.
  • Attain and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing detailed reporting and timely escalation when necessary to management.
  • Educate stakeholders including Business Unit, Cyber, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
  • Engage in advanced troubleshooting of system performance-related incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with and understanding of Antivirus/Malware and CLM terminology and processes.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a security operations role and fundamental knowledge of incident and service request handling.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell and batch files.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
