Objective Overview:

A Maintenance Engineer is essential in ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of precast manufacturing equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintenance Procedure Development: Designing and implementing efficient maintenance procedures to ensure seamless operation of precast manufacturing equipment and facilities.
  • Regular Equipment Inspections: Conducting thorough inspections to identify potential maintenance issues before they escalate, minimizing downtime and promoting a culture of proactive maintenance.
  • Collaboration with Production Teams: Working closely with production teams to schedule maintenance activities, diagnose equipment malfunctions, and conduct repairs in a timely manner to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively managing inventory of spare parts and equipment to facilitate prompt maintenance and repairs, reducing delays and improving overall efficiency.
  • Technical Guidance and Training: Providing expert technical guidance and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during maintenance activities, maintaining a safe working environment and upholding the highest standards of quality.
  • Maintenance Documentation: Documenting maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections, for future reference and to inform decision-making.
  • Equipment Procurement: Participating in the evaluation and procurement of new maintenance equipment and tools to stay ahead of technological advancements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Collaborating with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance requirements, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless execution of maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Qualifications: Diploma / BE / B.Tech - Mechanical (Full-time)

Experience: 5 to 10 years (Construction field experience preferred)
