The Trader Role

We seek an experienced trader to scale their independently developed strategies within our institutional-grade infrastructure.

You will leverage our proprietary research pipelines, execution engines, and low-latency technology to maximize profit while maintaining disciplined risk management.

This role is ideal for a self-directed trader with a verifiable track record of profitability, looking to amplify their edge with advanced infrastructure and strategic backing.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively trade cryptocurrencies and/or digital assets, identifying and executing profitable opportunities in real-time.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and refine discretionary and systematic strategies.
• Manage risk exposure within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworks.
• Keep detailed records of trades, strategies, and market conditions to inform iteration and research.
• Share insights and collaborate with quant researchers and engineers to enhance alpha capture and execution efficiency.
• Stay current with macroeconomic events, order flow dynamics, and market microstructure developments.
• Contribute to a culture of rigorous research and collaborative learning.

About You
