At HRhelpdesk, we are looking for an Industrial Equipment Repair Professional to join our team as a Machinery Servicing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to customer sites to perform routine servicing and repairs on our equipment.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers' machines are running efficiently and effectively, while also identifying opportunities for improvement and providing recommendations for future upgrades.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel to customer sites to perform routine servicing and repairs on our equipment
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and their applications
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of servicing work performed and inventory levels

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of PLC systems and CAD drawing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
