SailPoint Identity Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint identity management specialist to support, maintain, and enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve level 2 issues, implement minor enhancements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the IAM platform.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors to ensure efficient identity management.
  • Monitor IAM platform performance, perform routine health checks, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with level 3 teams for escalations and complex problem resolution to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews to ensure secure and compliant identity management practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations.
  • Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs to design and implement efficient identity management solutions.
  • Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management, to ensure effective issue resolution and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices to ensure secure and compliant identity management practices.
