Training Enablement Specialist

As a Training Enablement Specialist, you will turn your underwriting expertise into comprehensive training programs that equip community reviewers with the knowledge and skills needed to make accurate decisions.

The role involves several key responsibilities:

  • Teaching Underwriting Fundamentals: You will create training modules that cover essential topics such as FOIR/DTI, LTV, income stability, bureau interpretation, documentation hygiene, fraud red flags, and policy exceptions.
  • Curate AI Outputs: You will design curricula and run bootcamps to train anchors in reviewing model responses, applying rules, correcting decisions, adding reason codes, and documenting edge cases.
  • Design Quality Rubrics: You will develop acceptance criteria, pass/fail checklists, quick-fix macros, escalation rules, and calibration guidelines to ensure high-quality decision-making.
  • Define Data Needs: You will identify missing rules/thresholds and draft data-needs specs for synthetic data generation.
  • Ethics and Compliance: You will champion ethics and privacy by ensuring PII handling, fairness, and compliant decision rationales in training and review workflows.

Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of experience in retail/home-loan underwriting with hands-on decisioning and policy interpretation.
  • Proven training or mentorship experience, comfortable teaching beginners and non-technical learners.
  • Strong grasp of calculations and documents: FOIR/DTI/LTV/EMI, income proofs, bank statements, credit bureau reports.
  • Fluent in English and Telugu.
