Job Description:

We are hiring an Architect II to join our award-winning Mumbai studio. This role will offer the opportunity to work on integrated design projects while collaborating with global design teams and specialist consultants.

The ideal candidate will be a design-sensitive, technically strong architect with a collaborative mindset, excellent Revit (BIM) skills, and the ability to manage documentation and coordination across complex projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in aesthetic and technical designs, architectural drawings, and construction documents.
  • Assist with construction administration services and project site coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with the Principal in Charge, Project Architect, and Project Manager.
  • Lead and support BIM modeling, drawing documentation, and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate with consulting engineers, specialist consultants, and suppliers.
  • Attend client meetings and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to internal project standards, production quality, and deadlines.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BArch / MArch degree (Master's preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in an architectural practice (international firm experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in Revit (BIM) is mandatory.
  • Strong skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite / Affinity Creative Suite.
  • Experience attending construction progress meetings and resolving on-site queries.
  • Prior exposure to educational, healthcare, and mixed-use projects is highly valued.
  • LEED, EDAC, or WELL accreditation is a plus.
