  • Lead and manage global/regional audit related work and projects, including ad hoc internal and external audit requests.
  • Drive process improvements and implement globally consistent processes to deliver value and efficiencies.
  • Work closely with internal partners to ensure regulatory compliance requirements are met.
  • Lead policy reviews, risk assessments, and procedure enhancements to reduce risks while adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and advise on incoming transactions to identify potential risks.
  • Communicate sanctions screening results to stakeholders and clarify open questions.
  • Focus on process optimization, realignment, automation, and simplification to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain business, audit, and regulatory management information for stakeholders and regulators.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or Applied Economics.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Trade Finance, Non-Financial Risk Management, Product Management, Operations, Compliance, or Risk Management.
  • Strong understanding of Trade Finance products.
  • Good knowledge of Process Management, Sanctions, and Regulatory Risk Management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to make independent decisions and communicate effectively.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the risks, controls, compliance, and regulatory environment in Banking.
