Lead Assurance Services

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our assurance team. As a key member, you will lead teams in delivering high-quality SOC reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a portfolio of engagements by leading a team of experts, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Lead and manage SOC engagements, ensuring clients' systems and processes meet regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct detailed process walkthroughs and control testing, documenting findings and assessing the effectiveness of controls.
  • Collaborate with Global client serving assurance teams to understand clients' systems and processes, providing expert advice on control optimization and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 4-5 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
  • Articleship with top or mid-tier accounting firms.
  • Experience in System and Organization Controls (SOC) reporting and Internal Audits is an added advantage.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Expert knowledge of assurance standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
