Job Title: Visual Content Creator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually compelling content for marketing activities that align with our client's brand identities.

Your key role and responsibilities will include:

  • Designing innovative visual concepts from inception to execution, ensuring they meet client objectives and connect with target audiences.
  • Providing coaching and guidance regarding recommended changes in content, style, and organization.
  • Forming close working relationships with engagement managers, competency teams, and account teams to ensure daily commitment to delivering document perfection.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to enhance presentations through skilled use of data visualizations, animations, and transitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience of 2 years in creative and content designing, preferably working on drafting responses on RFPs RFIs.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other supporting Adobe applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to clients and team members.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, layout, with attention to detail.
  • Extensive experience with creative software, especially Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with animation and creating storyboard marketing videos are valued skills.
  • Adaptable to learn and upskill based on evolving business needs, including competencies or process.
