Job Description

We are seeking a skilled software tester to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts, aligning them with acceptance criteria and user stories, executing automated tests, and collaborating with developers and senior QA engineers to resolve issues efficiently.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have experience with type-script automation tools such as Playwright, Taiko or JavaScript based frameworks such as Cypress/Selenium.

They should also have hands-on experience in programming based test automation toolsets and be part of test design for at least 2 years.

A strong understanding of defect lifecycle management and test standards is required, along with experience in test effort estimation and metrics reporting.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and API testing tools like Karate, Postman or RestAssured is also highly desirable.

  • This role requires a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in functional and automation testing, preferably with Guidewire.
  • 2+ years of experience in Guidewire policy center projects is a plus.
