Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead our quality assurance efforts across all business stages.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance Lead
  • • Develop and govern end-to-end quality assurance processes to ensure service delivery, customer experience, and satisfaction levels meet pre-established performance standards.
  • • Monitor agent performance against quality standards, leading the customer experience strategy and owning the quality assurance process.
  • • Investigate CRM entries, telephone/email/chat interactions, and customer surveys to identify areas of service delivery that did not meet performance standards.
  • • Coach and develop team members to be resilient in challenging situations and provide structured feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • • Implement preventative and corrective actions to ensure quality assurance standards are achieved.
  • • Analyze and report service quality trends, drive operational excellence, and partner with stakeholders to share actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Sales & Account Management Experience
  • • 2+ years of work experience as a Sales QA or in a similar role.
  • • Hands-on exposure to B2B sales programs.
  • • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
