As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with key clients, and identify new opportunities for business expansion.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Visit partner branches and interact with bank branch managers to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure sales targets assigned are met on every parameter, including sales volume, customer satisfaction, and retention rates.
- Interact with customers to explain products and solutions, and provide tailored recommendations to meet their needs.
- Help branches achieve insurance sales targets by providing support and guidance to sales teams.
**Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the bancassurance industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
