**Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit partner branches and interact with bank branch managers to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ensure sales targets assigned are met on every parameter, including sales volume, customer satisfaction, and retention rates.
  • Interact with customers to explain products and solutions, and provide tailored recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Help branches achieve insurance sales targets by providing support and guidance to sales teams.

 

**Requirements:

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

 

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the bancassurance industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
