Job Title: Technical Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Analyst, you will work closely with businesses to analyze their business models and translate client requirements into actionable technical documentation.

You will be responsible for preparing BRD, SRS, and other technical documentation, developing process flow diagrams, and managing project timelines, risks, and execution using project management tools like Jira and ClickUp.

Evaluation of AI and IT solutions to ensure they meet client expectations and business needs is also a key responsibility. You will oversee testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of AI solutions and gather client feedback for ongoing product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Tech in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, and software development processes
  • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams (clients, developers, business teams)
  • Proficiency in BRD, FRD, SRS documentation, project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
  • Experience in working with AI-driven solutions, cloud services, and software development lifecycle
