Key Responsibilities

Dealer Development:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing dealers to drive long-term business growth.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to improve dealer performance.
  • Monitor dealer operations to ensure sales targets and operational standards are met.

Network Expansion:

  • Lead the development of COCO outlets in assigned regions.
  • Identify and evaluate potential locations for new COCO outlets and oversee operational success.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new dealerships and company-operated outlets.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Drive sales performance across both COCO outlets and dealer networks.
  • Regularly assess and improve the performance of sales teams and dealership operations.

Operations & Customer Engagement:

  • Ensure dealerships comply with corporate identity, operational policies, and service standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial aspects of dealerships, ensuring sustainable profitability.

Marketing & Promotions:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Organize customer engagement events, including test rides and community meets.
