Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Development:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Strengthen relationships with existing dealers to drive long-term business growth.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to improve dealer performance.
- Monitor dealer operations to ensure sales targets and operational standards are met.
Network Expansion:
- Lead the development of COCO outlets in assigned regions.
- Identify and evaluate potential locations for new COCO outlets and oversee operational success.
- Ensure seamless integration of new dealerships and company-operated outlets.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
- Drive sales performance across both COCO outlets and dealer networks.
- Regularly assess and improve the performance of sales teams and dealership operations.
Operations & Customer Engagement:
- Ensure dealerships comply with corporate identity, operational policies, and service standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Oversee financial aspects of dealerships, ensuring sustainable profitability.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Organize customer engagement events, including test rides and community meets.
