As a Customer Experience Specialist at BiteSpeed, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our global client base. You will work closely with e-commerce business owners, understanding their needs and helping them set up our product to maximize its potential.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support customers through live chat, phone, and Google Meet sessions
  • Help new customers get started with our product and ensure seamless activation
  • Record and route technical issues and product requests to the product team
  • Identify and suggest UI/UX improvements based on customer feedback

**Requirements**

  • Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, Postman API testing, and web debugging/analytics
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in an early-stage SaaS startup (a plus)
