We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain modules, particularly Procurement and Inventory. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with technical teams to implement and support Oracle EBS R12 applications.

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, leveraging technical knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Provide expert advice on Procurement and Inventory modules, including Order Management and Advanced Pricing, to drive informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams for new implementations, enhancements, and support, promoting seamless collaboration.
  • Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide functional support to resolve complex problems efficiently.
  • Prepare documentation, training manuals, and user guides to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and adoption.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure proper validation of solutions to guarantee high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS, with a proven track record of success.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement & Inventory modules (R12.2.x or higher), showcasing deep technical expertise.
  • Good understanding of Order Management and Advanced Pricing, enabling informed strategic decisions.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and user support, highlighting adaptability and versatility.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Oracle Database, and Data Warehousing, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously, showcasing leadership and time management skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field, emphasizing academic rigor and discipline.
  • Oracle certifications (SCM/EBS) preferred, indicating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
