We're seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and impact of our web and mobile solutions for HR leaders, employees, and organizational leaders across industries.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding user trust, supporting product innovation, and driving Woliba's growth with confidence. Your expertise will be instrumental in testing across different user roles and environments, identifying edge cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed quality into every phase of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and bug reports aligned with product requirements and user stories.">
• Design and execute manual tests, write clear and reusable test cases, and validate functionality across multiple user roles.">
• Improve reliability and scalability by designing, executing, and maintaining test automation scripts and frameworks for core workflows.">
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to strengthen API stability, identify edge cases, and drive continuous improvement of QA processes.">

Requirements

• ">
• 2+ years of QA experience in a product-driven environment.">
• Strong proficiency in manual testing and test case writing.">
• Experience testing web and mobile applications with multiple user roles.">
• Familiarity with or experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright).">
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to reproduce and document complex issues.">
