Job Position: Financial Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial regulations and principles. They should possess hands-on experience with accounting software, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, journals, and other related documents.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and monitor budgets and expenses.
  • Process payroll and related statutory filings, such as EPFO, ESI, and TDS.
  • Assist auditors and provide necessary documentation to ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, good analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
