Senior Business Finance Partner

This is a business finance partner role, focusing on key areas of financial analysis and strategy development. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing detailed financial analyses and modeling capabilities.
- Collecting, interpreting, and summarizing budget, midyear forecast, and other financial information for uploading to systems.
- Analyzing budget and midyear forecast data to identify inconsistencies and provide recommendations for corrections.
- Preparing and publishing monthly financial rolling forecasts with detailed information.
- Maintaining the integrity of accounting and budgeting software systems.
Required skills for this role include:
- Proficiency in cost management and journal posting.
- Ability to perform margin analysis and improvements.
- Understanding of unbilled and deferrals concepts.
- Sound knowledge in accounting concepts.
- Advanced Excel skills.
A strong understanding of revenue recognition concepts and contract understanding is also essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience working with financial data and be proficient in developing and maintaining financial statements using accounting and budgeting software.
