Key Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth delivery of project items.
- Support project teams and supply chain teams for logistic arrangements.
- Verify vehicle arrangements for transportation purposes and visit vendors for follow-up.
- Verify invoice booking in the system and follow up with accounts for payment.
- Negotiate with vendors for project items and manage smooth delivery to the warehouse.
Requirements
- B. Com/B.E or equivalent degree.
- At least 45 years of experience in project purchase, preferably in a water treatment company.
- Experience in working on SAP SD & MM Module.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of GST.
