Seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to assist our emergency response team in handling urgent animal emergencies, rescues, and cruelty cases.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to emergency and general cruelty-case calls and emails.
  • Provide expert guidance to housing societies on their restrictions on animal feeders and caretakers.
  • Collaborate with senior paravets and office assistants to arrange timely assistance for animals in need.
  • Coordinate rescue efforts with reputable animal-protection organizations and government bodies.
  • File comprehensive reports and maintain thorough records of calls and emails received.
  • Develop and disseminate educational resources to the public on how they can help animals.
  • Maintain a database of contacts and services available to our emergency response team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Significant experience handling emergency responses for animals.
  • Exceptional computer skills and fluency in Hindi and English.
  • Knowledge of other local Indian languages an asset.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, including multi-tasking.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations patiently and professionally.
  • Passion for ending cruelty to animals and helping animals in need.
