About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing large-scale partnerships, navigating complex organizations, and developing joint go-to-market plans that drive revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to support and achieve business objectives, while also collaborating with partners to develop business plans and measure performance against pre-established metrics.
Responsibilities
- Carry pipeline and revenue targets;
- Source and manage global and regional partners, including SI's and consulting firms;
- Navigate complex organizations to meet with key stakeholders and align on partnership goals;
- Drive joint go-to-market plans that lead to opportunities and order book growth through partner channels;
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
- Collaborate with internal teams to support and achieve business goals;
- Work with partners to develop business plans, conduct quarterly business reviews, and measure performance against pre-established business metrics and partnership scorecards;
- Facilitate, develop, and manage sales enablement, sales support, and training to ensure partners are equipped to position products/solutions and compete effectively;
- Evangalize partnerships, including joint value propositions, with sales teams to ensure awareness and collaboration, minimizing sales conflict;
- Ensure regular reporting and updates.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a partner/alliance/channel management or business development role;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience managing CXO/Sr. management level connections;
- Ability to travel as required;
- Success in appointing and nurturing strategic partners, closing large deals with/through partners;
- Desirable: experience working with partners in the Banking domain.
