We are looking for a Marketing Professional to take charge of our B2B marketing strategies.

This includes generating leads, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and supporting brand growth in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to attract OEMs/ODMs.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, and professional networks.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Drive digital presence via social media and other B2B platforms with marketing content and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing/sales experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
