Software Development Expertise

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Communicate with clients to analyze requirements.
  • Perform technical analysis of requirements and prepare detailed technical designs.
  • Lead a team of developers, mentoring juniors by task briefing, reviewing tasks, and providing feedback.
  • Prepare external documentation such as requirement specifications, user manuals, system manuals, and technical documentation.
  • Develop internal documentation like project plans, database designs, and functional designs.
  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable backend systems.
  • Write clean, secure, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Optimize MySQL queries and ensure smooth database performance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Dynamic Engineers/Graduates or Post Graduates with 3+ years of experience in IT development.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming and good analytical skills.
  • Good technical knowledge and experience in PHP, MySQL, JQuery, JS, and AJAX.
  • Experience with opensource frameworks/CMS such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or MVC frameworks is an added advantage.
  • Experience in database design and functional design.
  • Full software development lifecycle experience from business/systems analysis to development and testing.
