Job Title: Azure Cloud Partnership Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our cloud partnership operations, co-sell pipeline, and sales activities. This role ensures our partnerships are fully leveraged, that opportunities are correctly registered and tracked, and that incentives and revenue are maximized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage co-sell opportunities in Partner Center for Azure and related solutions.
  • Collaborate with field teams to validate and align opportunities.
  • Track pipeline progression, close-won reporting, and ensure opportunities are linked to consumption and incentive eligibility.

Partner Center Administration:

  • Manage Microsoft Enterprise Agreement effectively.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and organizational details within Partner Center.
  • Ensure compliance with partner program requirements (competencies, certifications, incentives).

Azure Sales Operations:

  • Monitor Azure consumption revenue and active usage.
  • Provide reporting and insights to leadership on sales performance.

Incentives & Marketplace:

  • Manage enrollment in Microsoft incentive programs and submit claims.
  • Track and reconcile incentive payouts; resolve disputes when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft Partner programs, sales operations, or alliance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center, co-sell motions, and Azure sales lifecycle.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
