Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of RPA Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.

  • The successful candidate will identify opportunities for automation and gather requirements through project analysis.
  • They will work closely with operations subject matter experts and stakeholders to document as-is business processes and develop a to-be-state solution.
  • This includes creating a technical design document and acting as a central point of knowledge and control for the business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills:

  • Creation and maintenance of solution documentation.
  • Performing feasibility studies and sharing results.
  • Work on Cost-Benefit Analysis and Return on Investment.
  • Basic knowledge of Automation tools - Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, etc.
