Job Overview

As a seasoned Linux system administrator with experience in managing and maintaining complex infrastructure, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our LAMP stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems and servers.
  • Manage and maintain the Apache web server, including virtual hosts, SSL certificates, and performance tuning.
  • Install, configure, and maintain MySQL databases.
  • Install, configure, and maintain PHP and related modules.
  • Migrate existing applications from RHEL OS 6 to RHEL OS 8 or higher.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of the LAMP stack.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the LAMP stack.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to support and maintain the overall IT infrastructure.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of IT industry experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Linux administration and Apache server maintenance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong understanding of web server on Linux platform.
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization of LAMP stack components.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a LAMP Stack Administrator or similar role.
  • Any Linux/RHEL administration certification.
