Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a QA specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability in our flagship mobile franchise.

This is a fully remote position that requires a detail-obsessed and driven individual who can work independently in night shifts.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing. They will also have hands-on experience with bug tracking software (e.g., JIRA) and test management tools.

As a QA specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing tests on new features, tools, and game content. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, artists, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all software is functioning as intended with an exceptional level of detail and accuracy.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms.
  • Document and track issues using bug tracking software from discovery through resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early.
  • Reproduce and isolate complex issues to support engineering resolution efforts.
  • Generate clear and concise QA documentation, reports, and feedback summaries.
  • Identify gaps in test coverage and proactively suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing.
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing.
  • Proven ability to work independently in night shifts, staying highly responsive and accountable.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking (Jira) and test management tools (Xray, TestRail, etc.).
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Dev, Config, Product, Art).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience testing F2P mobile or web-based games.
  • Familiarity with slot games or monetization-driven content.
  • Experience with Unity-based asset validation and bundle integration checks.
