Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:- Assess Business Impact: Evaluate incoming requests and projects to determine business impact, challenges, priorities, and feasibility.
- End-to-End Project Facilitation: Lead requirement gathering and prioritization sessions, conduct gap analysis, and work with developers on design and implementation.
- Data Analysis & Documentation: Partner with teams to analyze data, identify trends, and document business logic for effective data manipulation.
- Process & Solution Documentation: Document current (As-Is) business processes, define business requirements, and design solutions to meet those needs.
- Ticket Management: Manage daily ticket queues, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Business Analysts, Salesforce admins, and developers to deliver cross-functional solutions.
- Integrated Systems Support: Collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners to support requests related to integrated systems beyond Salesforce.
- Project Support: Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and managing project deliverables, risks, and timelines.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders on unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end testing.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, preferably with Service Cloud. Experience with other platforms (e.g., Sales, Marketing, CPQ) is a plus.
- Able to think beyond the Salesforce ecosystem and support other systems, such as in Finance and HR.
- Familiarity with Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support) is highly desirable.
- Experience with Quickbase is a bonus but not required.
- Proven experience in managing business and user requirements to drive successful project implementations.
- A solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and limitations, with the ability to clearly communicate these to stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field.
