Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements for Equity Cash, Equity Index, and Derivatives trading systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis & Documentation

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure accurate understanding of needs.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories, maintaining Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM).

Solution Design Support

  • Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure requirements are technically feasible and align with business goals.
  • Participate in design walkthroughs and provide business context to ensure effective solutions.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Prepare and review test cases for functional and UAT phases to ensure delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.
  • Coordinate UAT execution, defect triage, and resolution tracking to ensure timely delivery.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between users, technology teams, and vendors to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Manage requirement clarifications and change requests to ensure smooth project progression.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve system usability based on user feedback and market trends.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Knowledge Sharing & Mentoring

  • Guide other team members in documentation standards, requirement gathering, and requirement analysis practices to enhance knowledge sharing.
  • Share domain knowledge on capital markets and trading systems to support team growth.
