Job Title: Process Executive - Voice

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 0-6 months of experience in a related field, preferably in the ITES/BPO or KPO industry.
  • Technical graduate degree (Btech, Bsc IT, BSC Com Sci, MCA, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using desktop computer systems, Microsoft Office, and browsing internet resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (DM) would be an added advantage.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts or night shifts as required.
