Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our software engineering team.

  • Oversee the design and implementation of complex software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical architectures, leveraging cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, leads, and specialists.
  • Drive adoption of innovative technologies, including Databricks, Python, and Java-based frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, data engineering teams, and customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure high standards in code quality, system performance, and model governance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve the technology stack.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from use case identification to production deployment.
Requirements
  • 13+ years of overall IT experience, preferably in the Telecom domain.
  • Proven expertise in Java Full Stack technologies and Cloud DBs.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and patterns for distributed applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and deploying on Azure or AWS via CI/CD practices.
  • Strong skills in Java, Databases, Python, Kafka, and Linux Scripting.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, and data pipelines.
  • Solid people management experience: team building, mentoring, performance reviews.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to be hands-on with coding, reviews, and development support.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Databricks, PySpark.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake.
