Job Overview

Our organization seeks an experienced software developer to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications using Java and its related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain efficient algorithms, data structures, and system architectures.
  • Ensure code quality, readability, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to the improvement of the development process.
  • Work closely with product stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
  • BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MSc. in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems.
  • Experience with design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and SDLC.
Preferred Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka, Flink, Couchbase, and other relevant technologies.
  • Understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and collections.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
