Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Monitoring Engineer to assume key responsibilities within our IT infrastructure team.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and acknowledging alerts in a 24x7 environment, proactively communicating with clients as needed.

  • Collaborate with clients, ISPs, and vendors to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Manage Jira tickets and notify onsite teams of alerts and issues.
  • Setup and monitor alerts in Datadog, PagerDuty, Meraki, and other network devices.
  • Integrate and setup Datadog agents on QNAP NAS, print server hosts, and VMs (Linux and Windows-based).
  • Configure Datadog collector, forwarder, APM agent, and datadog.yaml files.
  • Implement On/Off call shift setup with escalation policy adjustments in PagerDuty.
  • Hands-on experience with PagerDuty setup with Datadog and Meraki Dashboard.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 2-5 years of similar experience with good communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in integration and setup of Datadog agents.
  • Knowledge of Datadog and its collectors, forwarders, APM agents, and datadog.yaml files.
  • Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 environment.
  • Excellent English language skills for client communication.
