Job Overview

We are seeking an innovative and experienced mechanical design engineer to develop cutting-edge mechanical concepts and designs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and create innovative mechanical designs based on client requirements, technical specifications, and industry standards.
  • Lead the concept design phase, transforming ideas into detailed 3D models using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Solid Edge.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, including stress analysis, material selection, and cost estimation, to ensure designs are viable and meet project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are practical and efficiently produced.
  • Generate detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Perform design reviews, assess potential design risks, and implement necessary improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are competitive.
  • Provide technical support during prototype development and participate in testing and validation of new designs.
  • Prepare and present design proposals and reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
Key Qualifications
  • Proficiency in CAD Software: Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Solid Edge is essential.
  • Strong Understanding of Mechanical Principles: A strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes is required.
  • FEA and Simulation Techniques: Experience in performing FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and other simulation techniques to validate designs is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions are required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all design work is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders are required.
