Job Title: Platform Manager

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in managing q-commerce sales and hold a BTech/BCom/MBA/other bachelor's/master's degree from a reputed/pedigree institute.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth across multiple Quick Commerce platforms.
  • Conduct market research to understand competition & market trends.
  • Lead product cataloguing, content creation, and search engine optimization efforts to optimize listings.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders within designated marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline shipments and reduce stock-out times.
  • Analyze performance data to forecast future outcomes and make informed decisions.
  • Manage key accounts, categories, and product catalogs.

Requirements:

  • Interest in the beauty and personal care sector is beneficial.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate objectives to stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
