Job Description:

As a creative and organized Social Media Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing high-quality visual assets across multiple brands.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design requirements across platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and email, with knowledge of what works best for each channel.

You will be working on creating engaging content, including Instagram carousels and stories, YouTube thumbnails, email graphics, and other digital content. This role is ideal for a designer who can manage multiple projects at once and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design captivating Instagram content, including carousels, reels covers, and story graphics that capture users' attention.
  • Develop visually cohesive email marketing graphics, such as headers and promotional banners that reflect the brand's aesthetic.
  • Translate briefs or high-level concepts into polished, on-brand designs with minimal direction from stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent branding across multiple brands with distinct aesthetics, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing team to repurpose photos, videos, and short-form content into graphics that meet the brand's requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on social media, and a portfolio that showcases your skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or Figma, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to write concise, engaging copy for graphics when needed.
  • A solid understanding of design requirements across platforms, with knowledge of what works best for each channel.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing for reels and stories, with the ability to create dynamic and engaging content.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, with knowledge of how to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics to inform creative decisions, with the ability to measure and track the success of your work.
