Job Description

We're seeking an expert Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will assist with the development, testing, and deployment of AI/ML models, including Generative AI (GenAI) solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Brainstorming and implementing solutions by referencing research papers, scholarly articles, and industry best practices;
  • Performing data mining using state-of-the-art methods to extract insights and enable predictive analytics;
  • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of datasets to ensure their usability for accurate analysis and model training;
  • Conducting error analysis for demand, wind, and solar forecast models to identify and implement enhancements;
  • Carrying out manual computations for demand, wind, and solar forecasts, complementing automated systems when necessary;
  • Performing in-depth analysis to uncover insights and solve complex problems within the renewable energy domain;
  • Understanding and optimizing forecasting models using R and Python programming;
  • Designing and implementing new scripts in R and Python to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency;
  • Developing GenAI applications, including scenario generation, predictive modeling, and domain-specific innovations;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI solutions into forecasting workflows;
  • Updating project status for self-assigned tasks daily, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong technical skills in Python, R, Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Cluster Regression, and Generative AI (GenAI). You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and communicate clearly.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is ₹2,500,000 - ₹4,000,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
