Job Title: NetSuite Technical Consultant

Overview:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and deploy custom scripts using SuiteScript 2.0 (Client, User Event, SuiteLet, Map/Reduce) to enhance NetSuite functionality.
  • Customize NetSuite applications using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk to streamline business processes.
  • Integrate NetSuite with third-party platforms using RESTlets, SOAP APIs, and tools like Dell Boomi or Celigo to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Author detailed technical documentation including design specifications, workflows, and test cases to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Investigate and resolve NetSuite script and configuration issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Manage sandbox environments and release cycles to ensure smooth deployments and efficient testing.
  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure systems are operating efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience working with NetSuite, with a strong command of JavaScript and SuiteScript 2.0.
  • Familiarity with the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) and NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, and Inventory.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
