Senior Software Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of complex, scalable, and high-performance Java applications.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development principles, experience with designing and building event-driven systems, and expertise in asynchronous architectures using tools like Netty or Akka.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex, scalable, and high-performance Java applications
  • Oversee the implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions
  • Requirements:
  • Programming skills: Core Java with a deep understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and non-blocking IO
  • Experience: Designing and building event-driven, high-throughput systems
  • Expertise: Asynchronous architectures using Netty, Akka, or similar
  • Proficiency: JVM internals, profiling tools, memory management, and performance tuning
  • Hands-on experience: Distributed systems and microservices architecture
  • Good understanding: System design principles and scalable architecture
  • Experience: WebSocket communication and real-time systems
  • Exposure: Cloud environments, AWS preferred, monitoring tools, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Qualifications:
  • Degree: Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: 9-14 years of experience in developing software using Java is needed
  • Proven experience: Java Developer with a solid understanding of Java technologies
  • Past experience: Architect or lead developer role
  • Strong knowledge: Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and others
  • Experience: Microservices architecture and containerization, e.g., Docker, Kubernetes
  • Familiarity: Cloud platforms, e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP
