Lead Front-End Web Architect

  • Develop and maintain cutting-edge front-end architecture using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
  • Mentor junior developers in code reviews and best practices to enhance overall quality.
  • Create high-fidelity UI/UX designs into functional web components, prioritizing mobile-first development.
  • Ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and accessibility through rigorous testing and evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for seamless product delivery.
  • Promote front-end standards, reusable components, and design systems throughout the organization.
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies where beneficial.
  • Troubleshoot complex UI/UX bugs and compatibility issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to front-end technical roadmaps and architectural decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Expert-level skills in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap (4/5) with a focus on responsive design.
  • Deep understanding of cross-browser development and progressive enhancement techniques.
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices and ARIA roles for inclusive user experiences.
  • Solid command of version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery and DOM manipulation for dynamic web applications.
  • Experience working in agile development environments with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
