We're seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team as Creative Head. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visually stunning graphics and video content that captivates our audience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create high-quality, engaging visual content using AI tools like Midjourney, Canva, and CapCut.
Responsibilities:
- Design innovative and attention-grabbing social media graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and visuals.
- Develop short-form video content (reels, stories, and shorts) using editing tools or AI.
- Become familiar with our brand's aesthetic and ensure consistency across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and continuously explore new tools to enhance your skills.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in designing content for social media.
- A solid understanding of Adobe tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or other AI design/video tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team.
- A passion for visual storytelling and understanding what works well on different platforms.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: INR 20K/month.
- Full-time, in-office role in Mohali.
- Monday to Friday (10am-7pm).
