Job Title: Visionary Content Creator

We are seeking a creative professional with strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and AI-native workflows to drive our content strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality videos across learning, promotional, and campaign formats that engage our target audience.
  • Design and animate motion graphics, infographics, and explainer elements to enhance our visual storytelling.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Transform scripts and briefs into compelling video narratives that meet our brand standards.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Balance speed, quality, and scale while innovating with AI and animation techniques to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing edited videos and animations.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, and familiarity with Blender and Cinema 4D is a plus.
  • Proven hands-on experience with AI tools for video and animation such as Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Adobe Firefly, and other relevant software.
  • Strong storytelling ability and visual design sense to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Direction and production skills will be an added advantage in delivering high-quality results.
