Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in software test automation with strong expertise in Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases, including API automation testing using REST Assured, Postman or Newman.
  • Write, execute and maintain automated test scripts for web applications and APIs.
  • Perform functional, regression and integration testing through automation suites.
  • Debug, troubleshoot and optimize test scripts for performance and reliability.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Git and version control practices.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Hands-on experience building scalable automation frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • 4+ years of experience in software test automation.
