Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to align with business goals, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Investment & Fundraising: Lead funding efforts by managing investor relationships and pitching to potential investors, evaluating and advising on the financial aspects of funding, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement financial systems and controls to streamline operations, enhance performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Contract Management: Oversee all aspects of contract negotiations, management, and invoicing processes to ensure favorable terms, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as Finance Head, preferably in a startup or high-growth setting.
- Expertise in financial modeling, analyzing cash flow, P&L, and balance sheets, as well as in planning and budgeting.
- Experience in identifying new fundraising opportunities, maintaining investor relations, following up with them to close out fundraising.
